IMTC in collaboration
with the staff of Senator Sam Nunn created an educational and entertaining
kiosk for the Sam Nunn Museum in Perry, Georgia. This kiosk
provides hours of material presented with a variety of fresh new
interfaces and metaphors. Not only does the kiosk provide
access to statistical and historical information, but by using
photo realistic virtual reality, the user can be the Senator for
a day. During this experience, the user can walk around from the
Senator's point of view in various buildings around Washington
D.C., with a to-do list in hand. There is the opportunity to participate
in a floor debate, cast a vote, take part in a press conference,
ride the subway, and discover the Senator's secret office, to name
a few.
