This kiosk provides
students and visitors quick campus information in an entertaining
and highly interactive method. The system provides an interactive
map for location and routes to all of the campus buildings, a calendar
of events, information about departments and schools, and
information about the city of Atlanta The kiosk database is updated
nightly via the campus network for up-to-date information. Units
are currently located in the Student Center, the Success Center,
and 3 other locations. The system runs on a stock Apple Macintosh
Quadra computer with input provided by touch screen or trackball.
