Odyssey Online
is an award winning web site designed to teach middle school students
about ancient cultures through object-centered lessons. Based on
the collections of the Michael
C. Carlos Museum at Emory University,
the Memorial Art Gallery of the University of Rochester, and the
Dallas Museum of Art, the program examines the cultures of ancient
Greece, Rome, Egypt, the Near East and Sub-Saharan Africa.
